Should women preach or pastor the Church?

I believe women can assist the pastor, but she can't preach or pastor the Church. To many this view would seem to be close minded. In today society, people would say that men and women are equal, but is this how God see it? With all these women preachers and pastors, what could this really mean? We find our first answer in Isaiah 3:12

Isa 3:12 As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.
So we fine here women ruling over the people, is the first sign of defection or apostasy. Those leading people in this way are leading you away from God, as the scripture has said.

1Cor 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience (of their husbands), as also saith the law (Scripture).

1Cor 14:35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame (disgrace) for women to speak (preach) in the church.

Notice now, Paul pose a question for those practicing letting women preach.

1Cor 14:36 What? came the word of God out from you (did you create the word of God)? or came it unto you only (or is this some private interpretation of your)?

We know there is no private interpretation of scriptures. So Paul was asking them, where did they get this practice from?

2Pet 1:20 Knowing this first (the first thing we all need to know), that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation.

2Pet 1:21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

Then he even goes further and cement it for us, by saying that it is a commandment of the Lord.

1Cor 14:37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge (pay close attain) that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord.

1Cor 14:38 But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant.

Jesus Christ doesn't change for our culture changes, if so we would need to have and update 2000s Bible.

Heb 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

Isa 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Today evil is considered to be good and good to be closed mind.
