Let us make man in our image, and our likeness is God declare the end from the beginning
Isa 48: 3, I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth (his word), and I showed them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass.
1 John 1: 1, That which was from the beginning, which we have heard (God's word), which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life (The promise of salvation);
John 1: 13-14, Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, (God spoke this from the beginning when he said let us make man: Gen 1:26, and at the fall of man in the Garden of Eden, when said the seed of the woman: Gen 3:15, now it had came to pass)
John 1:14 and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
God was reasoning within himself, he knew it would take the life of his Son Jesus to redeem man, and bring them into their perfect tents. Man still has yet to be made in the Image of Christ in actuality were in God's six creative day. God is still at work and has yet to bring mankind into his perfected state of being. This is why the Scripture say slain from the foundation of the world:
1Pet 1:19- 20, But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish (defile conscience) and without spot (religious impurity):
1Peter 1:20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, (before the World was established, the let us make man)
1 Peter 1:20 but was manifest (revealed) in these last times for you,
Because when he said Let us make man was from the foundation of the world. God knew Adam would fall from the very beginning and that he would have to use Jesus to recreate mankind and bring them into their perfect state of being.
Rev 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending (Jesus is the beginning and ending of God's creation, the perfect man), saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty (This means he's all powerful, this is not saying he's God).
Matt 28:18 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Acts 2:26 Therefore did my (Jesus) heart rejoice, and my (Jesus) tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope (confidence):
Acts 2:27 Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
Acts 2:28 Thou hast made known to me the ways of life; thou shalt make me full of joy with thy countenance.
Acts 2:29 Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.
Acts 2:30 Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;
Acts 2:31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.
Acts 2:32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
Acts 2:33 Therefore being by the right hand (power and authority) of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.
Acts 2:36 Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord (supreme in authority) and Christ (The Anointing or The Holy Ghost).
Gal 4:1 Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he (Jesus) be lord of all;
Phil 2:5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Phil 2:6 Who, being in the form of God (not God, but being his Son ), thought it not robbery to be equal with God (he is the heir of God):
Phil 2:7 But made himself of no reputation (even though he was the Son of God), and took upon him the form of a servant (he was at serve to all man, even though he was Lord all), and was made (create) in the likeness of men:
Phil 2:8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
Phil 2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
Phil 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
Phil 2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
John 10:32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I showed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
John 10:33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
John 10:34 Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?
John 10:35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
John 10:36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
He was not saying he was God, but the Son of God. That what they mean equal to God, because he is the Son and heir of God.
